Comparison of gDNA Isolated from Whole Blood with Auto-Mag® Silica Coated Magnetic Beads (D-1)
Figure 1. Comparison of DNA Isolated from Whole Blood. gDNA isolated from 50, 100 and 200 µL of whole blood using Auto-Mag® Blood & Tissue DNA Isolation Kit with Auto-Mag® Silica Coated Magnetic Beads (D-1) and a competitor’s M kit. Following isolation, 10 µL from each 100 µL elution was loaded on 1.2 % agarose gel, with the results indicating that the DNA isolation was consistent between the samples. In terms of recovery, Auto-Mag® Silica Coated Magnetic Beads (D-1) shows a higher recovery than the competitor’s.
