Auto-Mag® Yeast DNA Miniprep Kit utilizes advanced magnetic bead technology for the reliable and efficient isolation of high-quality genomic DNA from a wide range of fungal species. The workflow combines bead mill homogenization with enzymatic digestion to ensure effective cell disruption and DNA release, followed by optimized magnetic bead–based DNA capture. Two rapid wash steps efficiently remove salts, proteins, and other contaminants, and the purified DNA is then eluted and recovered for immediate use in downstream applications, including PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, and hybridization assays.
