Auto-Mag® Cell-Free DNA Isolation Kit utilizes advanced magnetic bead technology and proprietary binding buffer formulations to provide a rapid, efficient, and reliable method for isolating high-quality circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA), including circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), from fresh, preserved, or frozen plasma, serum, and urine samples. The kit accommodates sample input volumes ranging from 0.2 mL to 10 mL and can be customized to meet specific sample-processing requirements while effectively minimizing genomic DNA (gDNA) contamination. The high binding capacity of the magnetic beads enables efficient processing of large sample volumes and concentration of purified cfDNA into a final elution volume of 25–100 µL. The purified cfDNA is ready for a wide range of downstream applications, including PCR, qPCR, methylation-sensitive PCR, Southern blotting, microarray analysis, and next-generation sequencing (NGS). Applications include fetal DNA screening, genotyping, oncology research, and autoimmune disease research.

Manual Workflow for cfDNA isolation

1. Collect the sample.
2. Prepare the cell-free supernatant.
3. Add the binding buffer and magnetic beads to capture cfDNA.
4. Separate the beads from impurities.
5. Wash the magnetic beads to remove residual contaminants.
6. Elute the purified cfDNA from the magnetic beads.
