Auto-Mag® Multi-Sample DNA Isolation Kit employs advanced paramagnetic bead technology, specifically optimized for use with KingFisher™ platforms, the IsoPure Automated Purification System, and most magnetic rod liquid-handling systems. This design ensures broad compatibility and seamless integration into automated workflows.

The kit offers a scalable and efficient solution for the rapid purification of high-quality DNA from diverse sample types, including whole blood, saliva, buccal swabs, dried blood spots, tissues, cell cultures, buffy coats, and other bodily fluids. By utilizing optimized buffers and magnetic bead technology, it guarantees consistent recovery of high-purity DNA. This DNA is immediately suitable for a range of downstream molecular biology applications, such as sequencing, genotyping, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and quantitative PCR (qPCR), without requiring additional purification steps.

Comparison of consistent DNA Isolation and yields

Figure Left: Comparison of consistency DNA Isolation and yields. Ten saliva samples were collected and pooled together. DNA was then extracted from aliquots of  50µL, 100µL, 200µL & 400µL of pooled saliva samples using Auto-Mag® Multi-Sample DNA Isolation Kit verse two competitors’ kits. DNA isolation was processed on the IsoPure Mini Automated Purification System. The isolated DNA was measured using NanoDrop 2200c spectrophotometer, with the results indicating that the DNA isolation was consistent between the samples .  In terms of determined recovery, Auto-Mag® Multi-Sample DNA Isolation Kit shows a higher recovery than the competitor’s kits.
