Auto-Mag® Plant Total RNA Isolation Kit is designed for the rapid and efficient purification of high-quality total RNA from a wide variety of plant species and tissue types. Utilizing advanced magnetic bead–based technology, the standard workflow enables RNA isolation in less than 30 minutes after cell lysis. The purified RNA is of high integrity and suitable for a broad range of downstream applications, including real-time PCR, Southern blotting, SNP analysis, Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), and hybridization-based studies.

The kit supports both manual and automated workflows and is fully compatible with automation platforms such as KingFisher™, the IsoPure Automated Purification System, and most magnetic rod–based liquid handling systems. Plant Total RNA Extraction Workflow

1. Disrupt plant sample.
2. Add beads to bind nucleic acids.
3. Separate the beads from contaminants
4. Remove DNA
5. Rebinding RNA
6. Wash magnetic to remove contaminants.
7. Elute RNA from magnetic beads.
