Auto-Mag® Total RNA Isolation Kit

Auto-Mag® Total RNA Isolation Kit is specially designed for purifying total RNA from a wide variety of tissues, cultured cells, and whole blood. The kit uses the special lysis condition with Auto-Mag® magnetic particles technology to isolate high-quality total RNA from 5-30mg of tissue, or 1 x 10⁶ of cultured cells. Purified RNA is suitable for all major downstream applications such as RNA-Seq, RT-PCR, NGS, and hybridization applications.
