Auto-Mag® Viral RNA/DNA Isolation Kit utilizes advanced magnetic bead technology for rapid and efficient extraction of viral nucleic acids from a wide range of samples, including plasma, serum, swabs, saliva, whole blood, and DNA/RNA Shield–preserved samples. The purified RNA and DNA are ready for direct use in downstream applications including qPCR/RT-qPCR, ddPCR, and library prep for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) without additional purification. With optimized lysis and binding chemistry, the kit delivers high efficiency through a simple, streamlined workflow. Workflow for Viral RNA/DNA Isolation

1. Collect the sample
2. Add Binding buffer & Beads to bind viral nucleic acids
3. Separate beads from contaminants.
4. Wash magnetic beads to remove contaminants.
5. Elute viral RNA/DNA from magnetic beads.
