Auto-Mag® Viral RNA/DNA Isolation Kit is designed for efficient purification of viral RNA and DNA from a wide range of biological samples, including plasma, serum, swabs, saliva, whole blood, and DNA/RNA Shield-preserved samples. The optimized magnetic bead-based chemistry integrates effective viral lysis, nucleic acid capture, contaminant removal, and elution into a simple and scalable workflow. The purified viral RNA and DNA are ready for direct use in downstream molecular applications, including qPCR, RT-qPCR, ddPCR, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation, without additional purification.
