Auto-Mag® Viral/Pathogen DNA/RNA Extraction Kit utilizes advanced magnetic bead technology for the rapid and reliable extraction of total nucleic acids from viral and pathogen samples. It is compatible with a wide range of sample types, including whole blood, serum, plasma, swabs, saliva, urine, and other body fluids. Optimized lysis and binding buffers, combined with the reversible nucleic acid–binding properties of Auto-Mag® magnetic beads, ensure high sensitivity and efficient recovery of viral and pathogen DNA and RNA. The purified nucleic acids are ready for direct use in downstream applications—such as nucleic acid amplification and enzymatic reactions—without additional purification.
Designed for flexibility, the kit supports both manual and automated workflows, delivering consistent, high-quality performance across diverse applications. Its versatility makes it well suited for a broad range of research and diagnostic needs.
