Auto-Mag® Viral/Pathogen DNA/RNA Extraction Kit utilizes advanced magnetic bead technology for rapid and reliable extraction of total nucleic acids from viruses and other pathogens. The kit is compatible with a wide range of biological samples, including whole blood, serum, plasma, swabs, saliva, urine, and other body fluids. Optimized lysis and binding conditions, combined with the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of Auto-Mag® magnetic beads, enable efficient capture and recovery of viral and pathogen DNA and RNA while effectively removing contaminants. The purified nucleic acids are ready for direct use in downstream applications, including PCR, qPCR, RT-qPCR, ddPCR, nucleic acid amplification, enzymatic reactions, and next-generation sequencing (NGS), without additional purification.

1. Collect the sample
2. Add Binding buffer & Beads to bind viral nucleic acids
3. Separate beads from contaminants.
4. Wash magnetic beads to remove contaminants.
5. Elute viral DNA/RNA from magnetic beads.
