Auto-Mag® Viral/Pathogen Nucleic Acid Isolation Kit utilizes paramagnetic bead technology and is optimized for the KingFisher™ platforms, the IsoPure Automated Purification System, and most magnetic-rod liquid-handling systems, ensuring broad compatibility and seamless integration into automated workflows.
Designed for both scalability and speed, the kit combines advanced magnetic beads with optimized buffers to efficiently purify high-quality viral RNA and DNA from biofluids and transport media. The purified nucleic acids are immediately suitable for downstream molecular applications—including sequencing, genotyping, NGS, and qPCR—without the need for additional cleanup steps.
